By accessing, registering on, or using the ah777 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ah777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ah777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ah777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full features of ah777, including placing bets and processing transactions, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active ah777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ah777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify ah777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): ah777 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.

ah777 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on ah777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ah777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. ah777 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your ah777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• ah777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• ah777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster, often within the same business day.
• ah777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with AMLC reporting requirements.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

ah777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your ah777 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ah777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude specific players or player groups from promotional offers.
• Abuse Prevention: ah777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Modification and Withdrawal: ah777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access ah777 if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of ah777.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ah777 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the ah777 platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the ah777 platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any ah777 software or game.

All content on the ah777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ah777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ah777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from ah777 without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ah777 content or software.
• Use any ah777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ah777 platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ah777 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ah777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ah777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game malfunctions or technical errors, provided that ah777 takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.

In all cases, ah777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ah777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ah777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ah777 account at any time via account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their ah777 account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or access promotional offers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from ah777. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

10.1 Termination by You: You may close your ah777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Termination by ah777: ah777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Conduct that ah777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination for cause, ah777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ah777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendment may include, but are not limited to: changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, updates to the Platform's features or services, changes in payment processing arrangements, or corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ah777 will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed upon login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the ah777 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1. Your continued use of ah777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of ah777 or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ah777's support team. ah777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.

12.2 Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe specified above, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

12.3 PAGCOR Complaints: Players who believe that ah777 has acted in violation of its PAGCOR license conditions may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the official channels provided by that regulatory body.
